Hi! I'm Fabienne, I go by Fabie! I’m a flight attendant and passionate self-taught baker, based in Brixton, South West London. This small business of mine truly is a labour of love. What started as a way to find comfort and joy during the pandemic quickly grew into a passion I never expected — one that helped carry me through moments of uncertainty and inspired me to share it with others via social media.
With countless late nights spent testing recipes (and a lot of cinnamon along the way!), I discovered how much I loved creating treats that could brighten someone’s day. Thanks to the encouragement of friends, family — and especially my mum — I took a leap of faith and started sharing my baked goods with the world.
Today, I’m proud to bake from the heart, using quality ingredients sourced from places I’ve travelled to — cinnamon from Kuwait, specialty finds from Japan, and everyday essentials from the US. Every bite is a piece of this journey, made with care, passion, and gratitude for the people who have supported me every step of the way.
